The currency mgt ppt needs to be ready by Tues, so you can take off Thurs onwards.
Feedback on Work
I don't see you applying knowledge from your studies. Generally, that is a trend in SG grads. MY grads somehow better in application though lesser horizontal-integration.
In all, the key success to taking on a job next year is commitment - my motto - ask not what the company can give you, but ask what you can give to the company, sounds familiar?
It takes both maturity & curosity to understand the needs of your bosses and thus the ability to present your work flawlessly is utmost importance although it may not be complete - then fill the gaps with statistical models for example, don't just say "Can't find".
The trick is to ask "what are the objectives and what is expected of us"?
So from day one, told Benice have faith, focus, and deliver the best. Never show the weaknesses, hide them and turn them into strengths.
I detest the "ok loh" attitude in many countries I have been to, this decides how good the personality is.
Be positive, proactive, always communicate with your bosses and don't lose focus.
Frankly, you are receiving a Diploma grad pay and thus I expect much more.
Prepare your CV for my inputs before you leave.
Always remember, we are all not "indispensible", company can always hire, but you may lose out more.
Let me know when your off days are.
Rgds
Colin
